Monthly Spotlight - February 2023

The National Association of REALTORS®’ (NAR) 2023 Forecast Summit took a look at the predicted data and trends and forecasted that home prices will stay high in the coming year. Factors driving this include varying markets, interest rates, and the cost of construction for new homes. Summit panelists also noted a low level of consumer confidence, as sellers and buyers try to make sense of an often perplexing market. Some good news: they also stated that more sellers are expected to join in the market in 2023, providing more choices for potential homebuyers.
